It all started
with a question:
Is it possible to make a premium, preservative-free sardine with Calabrian raw materials that will last 6 months?
Answer: yes.
Her name is Sardella Reale® and you can find her in our shop.
Now we are building something bigger.
The DEMETRA platform is the production system that will allow this process to be brought to industrial scale and the development of new nutraceutical products from other Calabrian excellences. The research is conducted with the Magna Græcia University of Catanzaro and the CRISEA Center.
